- Finalize departmental requirements and develop move and phasing plans accordingly
- Develop bid specifications for logistical support, evaluate proposals, and recommend selections
- Establish guidelines for files, storage, mapping, labeling, and clean up before implementation
- Coordinate communication plans with team
- Create move manual and manage patient, customer, or employee transfer
- Supervise relocation activities, issue tracking, decommission, and post-move support onsite
